Hickok Homes is a division of the historic real-estate company Hickok-Dible Companies. It was founded in 1904 and was run by Napoleon Dible. He was well-known for his Dible tutor house and the South side of the ward parkway. James Hickok, the fourth generation of the company, doesn’t intend to miss a step in growing its success. He is passionate about multi-family design and his passion lies in single-family residence design. He is lucky enough to learn from some of the best designers in the city, yet still has a way to give houses the “Hickok Homes Touch”.
